The service

Suggestion Box connects to your YouTube channel with read-only access, analyzes public comments to surface video ideas your audience is asking for, and gives you a public link where viewers can submit ideas directly, without an account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Connecting your channel

You must own or be authorized to manage any YouTube channel you connect. You can disconnect your channel at any time from Integrations settings, which immediately stops future comment imports.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to harass, spam, or scrape data outside of your own account's use.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Don't submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through the public suggestion box.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, and reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits and automated spam filtering to public submissions.

Viewer submissions

Anyone can submit an idea through your public Suggestion Box page without creating an account. As the creator, you're solely responsible for what you choose to make from suggestions you receive — submitting an idea doesn't grant the submitter any ownership or compensation claim over content you create.

Plans & usage

Plan limits (comments analyzed per month, sync frequency, channel count, and pricing) are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Usage-based limits may temporarily pause new analysis until your usage period resets or you upgrade.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Suggestion Box is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions and scores are provided for your convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete — you're responsible for reviewing them before acting on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Suggestion Box and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
